Teach me!

After I read my previous posts, I found out there's lots of grammar mistakes and typing errors. I would like to apologise, if I really made you all confused and donno what am I talking bout.
I saw my friends'blog got different cool layouts and upload thier photo on the blog but I still donno how to do that. Can somebody teach me?!?! Lots of thing bout bloging I need to learn but I'm too slow to catch up although I already own a blog for few months.....
Please teach me,k???
